Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent understanding of sales cycle and process.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written/oral).
• Ability to make effective sales presentations in Arabic and English to large groups.
• Ability to motivate employees and client groups to take desired action.
• In depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Excellent problem solving and negotiations skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, analytical and quantitative skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of sales reps in the field of real-estate.
• Achieve aggressive monthly targets.
• Develop effective direct sales strategies and relevant training programs for sales reps.
• Manage budget and operational components of sales office.
• Oversee and assist with the implementation of business development activities in order to attract new clients.
• Recruit and hire sales staff.

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering graduate class 2011 or later.
• Theoretical command of the different types of HVAC systems and its principles of operation.
• Capability of executing heating and cooling load calculations for commercial and residential buildings.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD.
• Excellent command of English Language: reading, writing, and conversational.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office 7 and later.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can adapt to flexible schedules, continues working hours, and can work under pressure.
• A valid driving license is a plus.

• Manage customer calls and enter data into sales system.
• Translate documents and reports into both Arabic & English.
•  Support administrative requirements of multiple departments.
